Every new product you buy comes with a 5-year limited warranty.

Our 5-year limited warranty covers breakage due to defects in materials or workmanship. We will repair or replace the product at our discretion. Transportation of the product to the retailer of the customer’s choice shall be at the customer’s expense.

If a product is damaged as a result of abuse, we will make the necessary repairs at a reasonable price. Transport costs shall be borne by the customer. Prior to performing the repairs, a quotation will be sent to the customer. If the customer does not accept the quote, the item will be returned to the customer; return fees shall be at the customer’s charge.

Photos of the product may be accepted for the warranty claim, at the manufacturer’s discretion. 

If damage is caused by poor transportation, poor storage, commercial use or unusual use (e.g. towing behind a motor boat), the warranty will be automatically voided.
