Manufacturing defect: We will repair or replace the product at our discretion. Transportation to the retailer where you purchased your watercraft is at your expense.

Breakage Due to Wear and Tear: If your product breaks due to abuse, we will perform repairs at a reasonable price. An estimate will be sent before any action is taken.

Evaluation: You must provide us with your boat's serial number and photos so that we can evaluate the unit. The application of the warranty always remains at our discretion.

Exclusions: Improper transport, improper storage, commercial or unusual use (e.g., towing behind a motorboat, excessive weight, etc.) automatically void the warranty.
